Processing & Shipping

Products are shipped directly from our suppliers, which may be located outside the European Union (notably in China), in accordance with the dropshipping model.

Liability
Oliver Emily London cannot be held responsible for loss, damage or delays occurring during transport when tracking indicates that the parcel has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.
The customer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the shipping information provided at the time of order. Any errors in the shipping address may result in the loss of the right to a refund.
